Bumps on neck

Q: My morkie has this small bump on the back of her neck, followed by two other very very small bumps on the side of her neck. They are her natural skin color, we think it’s from ingrown hairs but her hair pulls off so easy on the bigger bump so now she has this bald spot where this bump is. It doesn’t look like a bug bite and we don’t keep a collar or harness on her very much. The bump was squeezed and a small amount greenish grey kinda puss followed by clear liquid came out, any advice on what it could be and should she be taken to the vet to be looked at? Thanks
