Struggling to keep eating

Q: I have a 6 month old Morkie and weighs 5.3lbs. He had been eating well 3 meals per day and then he went to eat 2 meals (morning and night). I went back home for vacations and there are 3 other dogs there. After that trip he won't eat his food unless I mix it with something (I've been doing Cesar's dog food mixed with his). I've tried feeding him his dry food but he can go a whole day without eating. He still eats his treats, sleeps a lot, we go out for walks 2-3 times every day and everything seems to be going well.

A: All of this is likely his attempt to get you to make up for the changes that occurred. Don't give in, keep him on his same food and don't let him direct the routine.
