Potty training problems

Q: My pup is almost 10 months old and I'm still having a problem with her going potty in the house. She's an extremely stubborn Cavapoo. I can take her outside. She'll pee then just walk around sniffing and paying attention to anything or anyone around (I've never seen such a "nosey" dog). After 10-15 minutes of this we'll come into the house. That's when she'll decide to poop. What can I do?????

A: First of all if there is any problem at that age it will take stern, consistent measures.  The two suggestions are 1. She cannot come in until she pees and poops and 2. You need to strengthen the corrective steps when she gets it wrong.
