Standard Wash, Groom & Blowdry (FREE):  Our standard preparation for a puppy is still a pampered session of oatmeal based shampoo full wash, rinse, blowdry, nail trim, light grooming & ear cleaning.  We use only puppy safe products & ensure your puppy is comfortable, squeaky clean and ready for you at pickup.  This takes one person approx 1 hour per puppy.

Pamper Plus ($29.95): Our standard wash above + face groom + 1 hour gentle infared heater dryer (lookup infared benefits for drying a pet, no blow dryers in this step which helps puppies dry in a relaxed environment) + PLUS our favorite Wondercide ear wash *gentle & natural* + custom Essential Oil Puppy Refresher spray on pickup day which lasts 1-2 weeks (safe for puppies & curated by one of our club owners & *customer favorite -see google reviews)!

For your new min/toy puppy's housing needs, we recommend an open air Plastic Pen over traditional metal crating.  3 ft x 3 ft and 2 ft high.  We will detail the reasons for this in our puppy prep email & pickup presentation.  Although metal is a common choice for larger dogs, we've found metal crating seem to work against a mini/toy.  We've noticed a decrease in separation anxiety, decrese in urinary tract infections & increase in overall transition success with this open air plastic pen.  The rubber feet on the bottom allow grip on any surface.  The same pens are sold on Amazon for similar pricing (always within $10). COLOR: WHITE, Expandable.  Additional panels can be purchased on amazon to increase pen size if you wish in the future to meet your needs.  The pen can be here and ready for you at time of pickup.
